I absolutely liked everything except for the water pressure in the shower. I stayed on the 7th floor, and taking a shower under such weak pressure was quite a challenge - it took 30 minutes.

The room had all the necessary equipment including AC (which was really appreciated during the heat wave in Brussels), the bed was comfortable and the staff at the reception was helpful and friendly. I also found the location very good and convenient. The hotel and its surroundings were undergoing some renovations during our stay, but fortunately, it did not significantly impact us.

Very clean and comfortable. Staff very helpful and knowledgeable about the city. Good location. Good breakfast. There are refurbishments happening in the hotel but do not interfere with stay at all.

Heatwave going on when I visited, but airconditioning worked well. Possibility to leave luggage at check-out and collect later. Breakfast is okay, but nothing special
