Please note that guests under 18 years old will not be accepted at the hotel unless they are accompanied by their parents.On the day of arrival at the Hotel, the customer must present at the check-in the credit card used to guarantee the reservation or to make the prepayment and it should be matching with guest ID. Should the customer be unable to do so, the initial credit card will be refunded, and a new payment will be requested.Please note that for reservations of 6 rooms or more, different rate and conditions will apply.Dogs and cats weighing less than 7kg are accepted, limited to one animal per room and for an additional charge of 20€ per night.Please note that if the cancellation policy of your booking is flexible, no prepayment is needed. Location is superb, our room was a duplex and the kids loved it, the room was clean, although a bit old and chipped. It kad 2 toilets, but 1 was without sink. The pool, althoufh small and unheated, was always empty, which was great. Saina was excellent.
