We didn’t have breakfast but thought the location was spot on. Having a map which was left for us was very useful so we could get around easily. The accommodation was very good.

It was only small but modern, clean and comfortable in an ideal location, quiet street, a 25 minute walk from station and less than 10 minutes to market square, restaurants, tours, canal boats etc. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The shared area with fridge, crockery, drink fountain etc was ideal. There was always a supply of clean, extra crockery, cutlery, glasses etc. You could fill glasses and drink bottles with chilled water,, store food, get extra supplies of coffee etc and leave dishes in dishwasher. We had breakfast included in our rate. Delivered from a bakery each morning. 4 bread rolls, 4 croissants, ham, cheese, 2 yoghurt, 2 pieces of fruit, orange juice, butter, jams etc. We made and packed out lunch each day from our breakfast box. It was delicious and a big saving.

Excellent location. Lovely building nicely decorated. Lovely big room on top floor, but lift access there if needed.
