The host was very accommodating with a speedy response. The accommodation is cozy and warm. When we arrived and entered the room it smelled amazing. We travelled with 3 kids. There is plenty of space for them to play with their toys The location is great. Short drive to Bruges and Ghent. If we visit Belgium again we will definitely stay here again

This place was like finding a little jewel on booking.com The kitchen/bathroom is in the basement and adjoins the bedroom/lounge area which is behind the back of the garage and overlooks the owner’s garden who live on site. There are steps down to the kitchen/bathroom. We were so glad to find 1. A clean home for 3 nights 2. A large comfy bed and crisp white bed linen 3. The ability to self cater in a clean space. Very Minor adjustments to add to the comforts would be:- 1. A plug in the sink bathroom that worked. My wife reluctantly wasted lots of water during the routine washing of her face. 2. Replace chipped crockery/provide sharp knives 3. More toilet roll for 3 people for 3 nights please. A note to future travellers if you intend to drink the wonderful craft beers in Bruges then the local bus number 3 stops running at 8.15pm. It’s just over 2.4 miles to the city centre and is walkable. We used Bolt at a cost of 14Euros to return. I would reiterate the place was wonderful and we would love to stay again.
