Close to metro station (2 min walk) Big room 24h reception More affordable compared to other hotels in the area (although still expensive compared to average hotel prices in other cities)

It was close to the family I was visiting in Brooklyn. It was affordable. It was clean. Not sure about noise complaints... I was on the 4th floor and was in town during the Puerto Rico festivities and it was fine. Bed was small but very comfortable actually.
