The front desk staff was very nice, accommodating and professional. When we asked for an additional set of towels those were provided before we even reached our floor.

it was very close to the tube and only 20 min away from time square, very comfortable bed. the reception team was really lovely especially the gentleman who did the check in

Everything is reasonable regarding to their stars and price. Facilities is not good, no hair dryers and water kettle, but the room is quite clean.
