The location just 100m from the beach and a breakfast 5 minutes walk away was superb. I have seldom come across a cleaner property and the overall stay was good subject to the niggles I mention below. Instructions are comprehensive for the various systems and well presented throughout the property. We loved the easy to use blinds and the kitchen was superbly equipped although we had no need of it!

I had a wonderful stay here and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable getaway. The accommodation was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The hosts were friendly, helpful, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our stay. The location is great quiet, yet close to everything you might need. I would definitely come back!

The location was fantastic, being a short walk away from the main entrance to Botany Bay Beach, the local restaurant right near the beach also made a great place for an evening cocktail.
