The guest house is located in a quiet neighborhood, within walking distance from a tram stop and therefore pretty close to Brno center. It is clean, attractively and simply decorated and big enough for 4 people. The view of our back room in the garden is relaxing and cool. Online check-in and check-out is easy and practical, as well as the receipt of the key. Staff is friendly and helpful and available in case of any issues. We were pleased to be informed before our arrival that our room had a few humidity spots on the walls due to recent rains and that for this reason we could cancel our reservation if we wished and get a refund (although it was not allowed at the time of reservation). We are glad we didn't cancel, the spots were indeed minimal and our stay was delightful.

It was truly a wonderful stay where I genuinely felt at home. I chose this accommodation because of its location—just about a 10-minute walk to the university and the faculty of education, and only around 15 minutes on foot to the city center. I never needed to use the tram. Even when I arrived very late at night, I felt completely safe—it’s definitely in a secure area. The room was quite spacious. Even though I was alone, they arranged a beautiful, large, and roomy double room for me. Everything was very clean. The lobby that welcomes you as you enter the building, the pleasant scents, the complimentary coffee and water… It was all incredible. They had created such a cozy atmosphere, perfect for relaxing. Since I arrived before check-in time, they quickly solved my luggage issue. They let me leave my suitcase at their office, which is located close to the city center. After I took care of everything I needed to do that day, I was able to pick it up easily, even though it was quite late. On the first day, I couldn’t exchange money into Czech crowns, so I had issues with the taxi drivers. But Sasha—who is incredibly kind, attentive, and sweet—spoke to the taxi drivers on my behalf and found one who accepted card payments. I knew that most of them usually don’t accept euros or credit cards, so I’m especially grateful to her for resolving that issue for me so effortlessly. Everyone I interacted with was genuinely helpful, friendly, and polite. If I ever visit Brno again, I would absolutely want to stay here once more. I highly recommend it to everyone—I left very happy and I’m sure others would too.
