Perfect location. Very central and easy access to Brive centre. The room was great, we booked a superior room to give us more space and we got what we paid for. However the bathroom sink was ridiculously small and too high for comfort and the soap dispensors were not easily accessed. We were a couple but there was only one tea cup and one coffee cup. There were no electrical sockets near the kettle or coffee machine so we did not use them, I wish designers were made to live in their designs before passing them on for public use, I am sure they would realise how silly some of their designs are. Otherwise all good and good food in the restaurant.

Lovely boutique style hotel in a traditional building. Excellent staff. Didier is delightful. Huge comfy bed spacious room. Parking outside and our bikes were safe there on CCTV and 24 hour staffed reception.

From the moment we arrived, Sanom, the receptionist, couldn't do enough to make us feel welcome and make sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The hotel is lovely and central and near the old town with shops and restaurants but we enjoyed a delicious dinner in the hotel's restaurant. We had a great stay at the Hotel le Truffe Noire - thank you!
