Any group bookings over 3 people need to contact the property directly as there are different policies that apply to group bookings.
Guests are only allowed 1 medium sized baggage ( Maximum 26" x 18") in dorms, any extra baggage can be stored in our store room at an extra cost of £5 per baggage per day.
Food or alcoholic products or any form of drugs are not allowed within the property.ID check shall be made at the time of check-in. Only Government issued IDs with Photo of the guest and their Date of Birth mentioned ,will be acceptedGuests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. The location of the place is really nice, bit further from the train station but still totally ok. Room itself was clean, so were the bathrooms. Staff was also friendly and the place felt somewhat secure as you can't enter without a person.

Perfect for a very brief one-night stay. Clean rooms and beds, responsive staff and in a fantastic location for access to Bristol's harbourside area. Toilets were clean and well-stocked with paper.
