I've stayed at this hotel a number of times and always find it a reliable option close to Templemeads railway station. The basic, double rooms are a reasonable size and the beds comfortable, and it was pleasant to be offered room choices. Staff are efficient making check in straightforward. The breakfast choices are standard rather than outstanding.
