The fine print
When booking more than 5 rooms, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The deposit requested is 50% of the total stay, the balance payment is required 28 days prior to arrival.Please note that use of the spa will incur an additional charge of GBP 10 per person per hour. Please contact the property in advance to arrange this. The use of the Spa is for those over 16 years of age.All room rates, which include a breakfast, will be a continental breakfast.Children aged below 16 years are not allowed to use the spa.Children aged 16–18 years can only use the spa under adult supervision.

We stayed at the Harbour hotel for 1 night for our wedding anniversary and it really our experience there really added to our celebrations! All staff we encountered were very friendly, helpful and approachable. The location was perfect, in the city centre so close to everything we hoped for but also really quiet thanks to the location of the room. The room itself was spotless, super comfy and air conditioned which was very much appreciated during the heatwave when we stayed. We didn't get to try the other amenities the hotel had to offer such as the bar/restaurant/spa but are already eager to visit again so we can explore those.

The receptionist Jean was excellent throughout or stay she went above & beyond. So helpful, efficient polite and friendly. The hotel itself was beautiful and in a great location Clean and the bed was very comfortable.
