The kitchen and laundry facilities were great. We didn't have a toaster at first, but I sent a message to the owner, requesting one, and Michelle brought a new one to the door that night. Michelle is a very nice, kind and caring person. Queen bed was very comfortable, although a little too low for older people to get up from. The apartment had plenty of natural light coming in. Other people staying/living in the building were very polite and friendly. It's an easy walk to the nearby private hospital and there's an IGA and Domino's around the corner. We stayed at 3 different apartments in the CBD/Spring Hill area and this one was the best value by far being self contained and convenient to the hospital. If the issues noted in my dislikes are addressed, it'd be perfect.
