The fine print
For guests arriving late at night, a code will be provided to retrieve the room key from the wall mounted key safe outside our ground floor reception office.24-hour assistance is available to guests by calling the afterhours operator on the wall phone outside the office.The Motel offers a free of charge shuttle service Monday to Friday from 6:15am to 8:45am (excluding public holidays). From March 2025, the shuttle service will not operate on Saturday or Sunday mornings.Please note that our airport shuttle holds a maximum of 9 passengers plus the driver and due to safety concerns, we cannot take surf boards and ski bags on the shuttle.Please contact the property in advance if travelling with more than 3-4 large suitcases and hand luggage.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Great service, they had me sorted for after hours even if there was a gap in communication from my end. They have amazing after hour service. Rooms were clean, tidy, comfortable and great value for money. Location is amazing, close to airport, costed ke $18 for a uber. This place is definitely recommend

Easy to find. Had all necessary facilities with a very comfortable bed and nice shower. Also has an ironing board.

Wanted a motel with easy access to the airport and if possible free Shuttle. Airport Clayfield motel met these requirements. The shuttle was on time, looked after our bags straight to the departures ramp. We were on the 2nd floor but the motel has a baggage lift which solved that problem. Plenty of food outlets nearbuy,
