On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi. Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process. The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay. Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

The location is perfect. Right in the city center. The flat is beautiful and has all what’s necessary. And the owners are very responsive and helpful.

This place was beautiful. Very modern and interior was lovely, was everything we were hoping for. The location was perfect too, being in the lanes and about a 3-5 min walk from the beachfront too. The main shopping centre was about a 5 min walk, so that was fantastic. It was comfy, cosy and very homely. Really enjoyed our time there 😊 Services from the owners was fab too, was there incase we needed anything and would highly reccommend these apartments
