First impressions were good, neat and tidy and clean. There was underfloor heating which was amazing and much needed to start with. Loved the decor colour and all the pictures, the wood on the walls was also nice and creative. It was nice and spacious and lovely high ceilings. We had a great night sleep and it was a very quiet location. I would definately stay here again as very easy and great location.

We had a wonderful stay in this charming, cozy studio in Brighton- great location, fantastic interior design, warm atmoshere, and all the comforts needed for a relaxing gateway by the sea!

Great location - Kemp Town is very slightly out of the main centre and has lots of lovely independent cafes and bars/restaurants. I arrived late in the evening so had to park a little way away but spaces opened up in the morning (permit parking kicks in at 9am). Really comfortable and kept very cool - the lovely shutters, sash windows and fan did the trick on the hottest couple of days of the year! Nice kitchenette area and lovely bathroom. Fabulous coffee place (St James Street Coffee) just a couple of minutes walk away.
