Breakfast was fine. Location excellent for what we wanted to do in Brighton. Could leave car at hotel for the day and use public transport. It is was good to have a fan in the bedroom.

Good location near bus and rail routes. There is also a car park for guests. Easy check-in. Large room. Very happy to see an actual bath in the bathroom - many hotels only provide a shower. Despite shabby, tired decor, everything is clean and tidy.

The hotel is being refurbished. While the paintwork and carpets have been done some weaknesses remain. Good breakfast.
