Self catering. Kitchen was excellent with great facilities. the videos made finding location, car ark and drop off point nice and easy.

Not so easy to find in the dark with scaffolding all around the main gantry no lights .. Intercom at other entrance wasn't manned luckily we convinced a returning couple to let us in an eventually found the property..quirky residence good level of cleanliness bit ott on the rules .. never had to pay a damage insurance fee before.. only niggle no tv chanels and an unsightly join on the tv power cable.

lovely and warm … no need for heating even though end of October. lovely and quiet … very peaceful and enjoyed looking out at the boats on the balcony. very comfortable for 3 of us … can’t fault.

We liked the location of the Marina as it was something different to other accommodations to stay at, and the area had a community feel. I also have a soft spot for boats, so staying at a Marina was of interest to me The property itself was clean and we liked that there were cleaning products available as we didn't have to go out and buy these ourselves, because we were only staying for two nights. It was more relaxed in general in the Marina area compared to the Brighton city centre. The Marina had great facilities - with a cinema, multiple restaurants, the possibility to find places nearby to exercise and regular public transport to and from Brighton city centre.
