Beautifully presented reception and public areas. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was busy but good.

Breakfast was good nice choice and a view overlooking the band stand. We were upgraded to a seaview room which was very comfortable and spacious. The shower room was great. Room also had air-conditioning. Staff were welcoming and friendly throughout the hotel. I loved the artwork in the reception area. Will definitely stay here again.

Great location on seafront. Beautiful Victorian building. However the 'privilege' room I booked was disappointing . The carpet was covered in stains, the balcony tiled flooring was filthy and hadn't been cleaned for years, the Body Wash and Conditioner containers needed refilled.
