The costumer service was excellent. They recognised that I was travelling alone and made the extra effort to look after me. They gave me a complimentary drink and I was allowed to leave my luggage in the hotel for the day after I checked out giving me extra time to look around around Brighton.

I stayed impromptu because the Ibis that I'd booked was dirty, smelly and another issue (though the staff there were great).I'd been to the Maldron before and found it to be as perfect as the previous times, as per my ratings. It was lovely decor, lovely modern and attractive facilities. I'd had to book an executive suite due to being the same day. Lots of complementary items, which was lovely, especially as it had been scorching hot so water and drinks were welcome.The whole place was great and welcoming. Swift service. I had an issue which was sorted in 10 minutes. I liked that the security was tight, overall, with the keys being needed both up and down in the lift and the downstairs corridor door that I used. The staff everywhere, including the bar, were super friendly and professional.
