1) The location is absolutely perfect - just 3 minutes and a road crossing, and you're on the beach, but far enough from the main street to sleep peacefully with the window open. The bus stop is 1 minute away, and you can reach the train station easily (20-minute walk or quick bus ride). Tons of places to eat nearby, plus Morrisons supermarket just around the corner. I was without a car so the location really worked well for me. 2) Quiet and respectful staff - they were kind and professional, and barely noticeable (they always were in the room near the entrance in case you needed them), which I personally appreciate. 3) The automatic door lock with code is AMAZING - just like in Japan or Korea. I travelled alone, and it felt super safe and convenient to go swimming without carrying keys. Honestly, physical keys feel like a thing of the past. I had a single room on the top floor - compact but very stylish and cozy. There was everything I needed: a hairdryer, a fan for cooling, a handheld steamer, a sewing kit, cotton pads and buds, a nail file - all these small details made a big difference. Clean bedding and a pleasant smell. The fan was perfectly adequate to keep the room cool and comfortable for sleeping. There’s a mini fridge and hangers - useful and appreciated. I would happily stay again if I know the bathroom situation is improved.

The location was so perfect and the room had everything we needed for 2 nights. Tea n coffee with a kettle which was a touch and the shower was pretty big for a small room

Great location, room nicely decorated and clean, comfortable bed, nice pillows - i didn’t experience what some people reported about the hotel being loud actually quite the opposite i found it quite quiet for a brighton centre hotel - really nice stay
