We were welcomed by Victoria, who was very friendly and helpful and showed us to our room. The room was spacious, with a fridge and chairs and table. The location is great, especially for walking from the sea front or city centre. The twin beds were clean and comfortable.

it is clean comfy near lots of places to go most are walking distance would have liked to stay longer the lanes in brighton are so interesting loads of eateries near theater a wonderful beach
