Exactly what I needed for my minibreak - lovely room with loads of character, with all the expected amenities (plus a fan, which was very appreciated during the hot summer night!) at an excellent price.

Great location! In a quiet area very close to the sea front and to the city centre while avoiding crowded areas. There had been a cancellation just before I arrived so I have been upgraded to a lovely spacious studio with an outside patio and a kitchenette. I was so happy that I booked again for the following week.

Baxter the receptionist was incredibly friendly & helpful . The room was COMPACT as per the ad but functional , I slept like a log , good hot water when need ... kettle , tea facilities ... Towels a decent size ! I'm a big lad. Parked in nearby Freshfield Rd full day.
