Lovely hotel, room was gorgeous with free standing bath and a view of Brighton beach. Staff were very friendly and helpful, good breakfast and great location. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend a stay here.

The staff was very friendly and professional - they couldn't do enough for you. The breakfast was amazing and the room was full of welcome touches, such as refreshments, toiletries and slippers :-) Ideally situated for the Concorde 2 venue, and the bar is open until 2am so you can have a cheeky drink when you get back before you head off to bed.
