The fine print
Both apartments can be reserved together. They are interconnected by a corridor. Payment will be made using the card details supplied. Guests that wish to make other arrangements for payment can contact the property using the Special Request section after booking. Please note that as the property is located in a residential area it is not suitable for parties as there is a noise restriction after 22:00. Please note that the Apartment - Ground Floor can only accommodate children aged 6 years and over. Children of all ages can stay in the the Deluxe Apartment - Ground Floor. A limited number of travel cots and high chairs may be available. Please request using the Special Request box at the time of booking. Additional charges may apply.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Very close to the Brighton Centre where I attended a conference. Great to have a mini kitchen. The mattress was really comfy and I slept well. Great to have a window that opened and let in air to keep the room cool and fresh.

The brilliant location and the quirky little apartment made our stay in Brighton very special! Also the deposit refund took place within an hour of checkout, which was very appreciated. Thank you, Bernd you Charlie, for hosting us, and see you again sometime!

Very accessible especially we have a little one. Close.to the beach and city center. We were accommodated early too! Very grateful for the extra time.
