Spotlessly clean, with a warm welcome and lovely continental breakfast provided in the room. Only a mile from Brighton railway station so very easy stroll into the town.

Sue is welcoming and friendly. The location is excellent, quiet and still very convenient for Brighton's attractions as well as for a morning run along the sea. Continental breakfast including fresh fruit and water restocked every day. The bed was comfortable. Looking forward to coming back.

Lovely friendly staff very welcoming pub , lovely and clean , bedding was spotless and the towels smelt lovely Great location Wouldn’t know your above a pub Sue is lovely makes you feel welcome , and you can purchase passes for 24 hours to park for only £10 per day Can’t wait to go back
