Jeanette is a very charming and caring host. Nothing is too much trouble for her and she went out of her way to give Anne lactose free breakfasts and room snacks. Although we live in Devon we hope to be back one day!

Everything was excellent. Parking right outside the front door, comfortable and well equipped room and delicious food, from the parkin on arrival to the breakfasts. I appreciated the early breakfast time so I could get to Bempton ahead of the crowds.

Breakfast was divine, all cooked fresh, lots of choices on menu table laid beautifully spotlessly clean,very warm welcome, nothing was too much trouble making for a perfect stay room was peaceful and relaxing,comfy bed
