Check-in is between 16:00 - 18:00 week days, or self check-in after 1800. Weekends Self check-in after 1pm details send via email and text on arrival day. Please note that the property has no lift and all guest rooms are situated on the 1st and 2nd floors.The access to the private and paid car park is narrow (2 metres wide) GBP 7 per car or Free street parking permit issued.Pets can be accommodated for GBP 5 per room per night, Pets can not be left alone in rooms.A Breakfast Hamper can be purchased on arrival for GBP 3.50 per person per night, order by text or phone call.Free Luggage storage, travel cot hire, travel buggy hire and room service.Take-away meals can be eaten in the Coffee Lounge, Paper plates and cutlery provided plus use of fridge, microwave, toaster, and refreshments in Coffee Loune.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

I didn't stay for breakfast. When I arrived the lady was very welcoming Sorted the car parking for me The room was spotless can not fault it in any way. I would recommend this lovely place to anyone. Many thanks Dave.
