The position of the house was fabulous and it was excellent for what we wanted - the Bempton Cliffs and bird photography. The beds were comfortable and having the ground floor room and facilities was excellent for a less able visitor, the other stairs being steep and slim! The property has loads of space not that we needed it all! But for a family it would be fantastic.

Size and location was brilliant Although my negative comments may appear to sound bad overall the property was fine, with a bit of TLC this could be even better The owners were very helpful when contacted to quickly resolve an issue caused by previous guests

Loved the space in the lounge, plenty of room in the kichen loads of worktop space. and the secure enclosed garden,ideal for the dog. The location was perfect,you can catch a train to either Scarborough or Bridlington from the village station
