Whilst the cottage was delightful and cosy, the location was superb and Bridgnorth and the surrounding area is idyllic. There were a few problems that would have made my score much higher. Firstly the cottage was a bit dirty - the floors downstairs, the outside space, carpets and inside the kitchen cupboards. The shower had very low water pressure. The mattress in the smaller bedroom was extremely uncomfortable - it seemed that one side of the mattress had collapsed. The log burner basket hadn’t been stocked up with lighting materials. The dishwasher didn’t have tablets and the kitchen didn’t have a cloth to wipe down the surfaces. That being said we did love the cottage.
