Yes. We had arrived ahead of check in time. Though tied up, Cinzia made arrangements for us, to drop off our bags so that we could take a walk around and grab some lunch. No fuss at all!

Great location for the Plan Maison ski lift 5-10 mins walk to town Clean and tidy Spacious 2 double beds (ok for 2 couples) Bed okay (not too hard)

Location of the property is great — a minute walk to the gondola or cable car, and easy to ski/board down to the apartment. Walk to the town was a few minutes so again, easy. On arrival our daughter was sick, and Cinzia made it a lot easier for us, checking us in early and just making the whole process easy.
