Reception is open daily from 06:30 until 12:00 and from 17:00 until 20:00. Guests arriving outside normal opening hours are kindly requested to inform the hotel in advance. The keys will then be deposited in the key safe. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.

The hotel follows a staff free and trust based approach, the check-in was done through an intercom at the door and was very smooth. I was pleasantly surprised to see the Hotel offered a self service breakfast free of charge. It was a modest but nice selection of cereal, cheese, cold meat cuts, fruits, tee and coffee so all in all one can get a very decent breakfast to start the day. The room was comfortable and clean with basic services such as hair dryer, toiletry, and a selection of tee, instant coffee. Perhaps the quality of the towels could be improved a bit. Location wise, it was pretty easy to reach, a quick 10 tram ride from the main station and a short walk. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice and quiet neighborhood quite near the river. Good to reach via tram. Room was nice and large, bed was comfortable and clean, bathroom was well equipped with a shower and a tub and of a very good size altogether. Room was equipped with a large wardrobe, TV, desk and a seating area with comfortable lounge-style chairs. Contactless entrance via confirmation of booking and key in door, very straightforward and simple. Breakfast was very good value and there were lots of (also vegetarian) options. Coffee was alright.
