Having to go to Vacasa to collect the key cards was awful and traumatic as we had just arrived after a very long flight from Australia. It took 20 minutes and going into 3 shops at main St station to ask people where this key collection place might be. Why can't they be left somewhere closer? The toaster was broken but was replaced quickly and the safe which the 4 of us wanted to place valuables in didn't work and no one knew how to fix it. Sergio was extremely helpful and efficient.

Excellent courtesy bus, good location close to gondola and to ski back at end of the day.
