The apartment itself is excellent. Very clean and modern and have all the amenities of a home. The customer service is excellent. I reported a faulty bathroom light and it was fixed within a couple of hours.

The room was excellent. It was clean. The apartment has a great view of the mountains. It had all the kitchen utensils and the equipments. There are restaurants nearby. Braunlage is at 10 mins drive from the apartment.
