The price is reasonable, but it is close to nowhere, so you have to take a bus to do any shopping.

We often stay at this facility when we come through Bratislava, mainly for its location due it being so close to the huge shopping malls just across the main highway. However, this time my wife was curious about Icaros, the sister hotel. We originally booked and stay at the Aviator facing the airport side but my wife asked if we could stay in the Icaros and at check-in the folks obliged which was very, very nice of the them. So as a comparison there were some positives given that the Icaros rooms have been renovated and fairly comfortable. This is also a lift which makes it easier to haul luggage. We also had a fridge which meant we did not have to store the items in the large fridge in the common area.

The location near the airport was convenient for me, I had just a quick stay between flight and train. The staff was pleasant and helpful.
