We arrived to a very warm welcome. Managed to park right outside the door. Hotel is in a great location. Breakfasts were lovely especially the waffles and all staff we met were warm, friendly and incredibly helpful.

Breakfast was brilliant/room service was on time. Friendly staff, bed was amazingly comfortable. Stayed with the Cranleigh twice now, definitely returning, love trying different rooms! The decor makes it extra special
