The location was amazing, a stones throw to the beach and the centre of Bournemouth and only a 10 cab journey from the train station. I loved that we could leave our things at the hotel whilst our room was getting so we could explore before hitting the beach. The room was spacious and clean and the large bed was very comfortable and plenty of towels and toiletries. The breakfast was great and fresh and every member of staff was super friendly. We loved that the rooms had a tower fan too and the windows actually opened so very well ventilated.

Room had a good view being on the top floor and having an adjacent sitting room with additional storage space was a bonus. Daily provision of water bottles was very welcome.

The hotel had a great location, it was clean, and the staff were wonderful. But the sea view from the ground floor was nothing special. Breakfast was very basic with little variety. For a 7-year-old child, there were only croissants and toast — no fruits or vegetables, no plain boiled eggs, and not even the infamous pasta (which most kids prefer).
