House is very nicely decorated. Great big open plan downstairs with a huge sky light and bi-fold doors, so lovely and light. Location is good - took about 15-20 to walk into the town centre. About 10 mins down to the coast. Parking for 1 car on the drive. Plenty of parking (it was Dec) on the road for our 2nd car. Beds were comfy and the twin room ensuite shower was powerful. Plenty of washing up liquid, dishwasher tabs, etc. Oh, and a lovely welcome pack including tea, coffee, biscuits and crisps.

Wonderful weekend stay despite the weather, everything felt really well thought out and it definately had a sense of luxury. The location is excellent, 5 minute drive to bournemouth and a 10 minute scenic walk to the nearest beach. Under floor heating, even in July, was so welcome! Guests with children- dolls house was empty so if they are hoping to play pack some dolls/ furniture (we couldnt find them). Will be booking again.
