Great location, very near to Sea Front, cliffs, town centre. Underground gated, secure parking included, which is fabulous (although the dedicated parking space was fine for ourselves, anyone with a larger family car e.g. SUV may struggle to park comfortably). Flat is very modern and well appointed, with everything you'll like need (eg WiFi, TV, etc). Nice bathroom with over bath shower. Linen and towels provided

Location was great for us as we were based in the convention centre all weekend. It was clean and well stocked in terms of kitchen stuff etc.

The location was excellent, right next door to the BIC where we were attending an event. There is safe secure parking under the building, which also happened to be on the same level as our apartment (that may sound like a contradiction, but it is at the top of a steep hill). There is a lovely large terraced area, it is facing the road but quite secluded with lots of plants (there was a watering can left there so we could water them). The kitchen was well laid out, and well equiped with crockery, glasses and cooking utensils. A nice big fridge and freezer, hob, oven, mici, toaster, kettle, can opener, chopping boards, and dishwasher. The only thing missing was a coffee pod machine, so we brought our own. We were pleased to find a DVD player in the living room (however the remote didn't work). There is plenty of wardrobe space, both in the living room and the bedroom. The shower was nice and powerful and there was anti bacterial hand wash gel in the kitchen and bathroom. When we arrived, the mystery of how the main room could be facing both the road and the sea (as it seems in the photos) was easily solved. The windows which would otherwise be facing a bit of scrubland, had been improved by the application of some sort of film depicting the coast and sea - clever!

Location was excellent, 5min from beach. Apartment was spacious, tidy and had everything that was needed. Garage was also great has nice large spaces.
