All guests must inform Cecil Court Hotel in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.Please note that there is strictly no check-in after 22.00 hrs.Pets are not allowed at this hotel.If breakfast is not included in your reservation it must be booked with reception on arrival.When booking 3 rooms or more, a 25% non-refundable deposit will be taken on receipt of booking.24 hour heating is not included in winter period rates and is controlled by automated thermostat from 9am to 5pm as well as 11pm to 6am. The heating will therefore be enabled to maintain average room temperature, an additional oil heater can be provided at the running cost of £15 per day.Alternatively winter blankets are available free of charge from reception.Please note: the building has no air conditioning. We do not provide room fans or summer bedding. Guests are welcome to bring their own.Please note that The property is not responsible for vehicles left in the car park.Bar opening hours:Monday–Wednesday: 12:00–20:00

The breakfast was nice, I only had it on morning 1 as I was out earlier the other days. I had a full english, toast and coffee. There were a selection of juices as well as cereals if prefered to the cooked meal.

Staff were very polite, very easy to check in. The car parking was good, I didn't move our car for 3 days , not too far from all amenities.

They have a problem with the plumbing. Had to turn the tap on for at least 5 minutes,wasting gallons of water, to get the heat. When it came it was scorching I went in the shower and adjusted it but then it suddenly went cold I turned it back to hot it burst out a whoosh of hot water turned it down & it went off again.
