Lovely and spacious building,room was ok,small indoor pool was great for the kids,glimpses of the sea from windows,unless you take a upper floor room with balcony ;) food was ok,a shame that was nothing entertaining during weekend like a band playing or something to keep guests engaged. Staff were great,especially the lovely receptionist Iris,which was professional,helpful and super nice! Carlton Hotel is placed in a great location,about 3-4 minutes walk to the beach ,which was wonderful.

Nice pools both indoor and outdoor, good service at the front desk and bar, room was very clean. Not far from the beach and shops. Excellent location!

We had a site and the balcony was large and happy they left sun loungers on it. The terrace outside wasn't swept each day as the same muck was on it. We have stayed at this hotel 3 times now on our anniversary and always lovely but now the hotel is getting a bit dated and you can clearly see from the inside & outside it needs renovating. It's a shame as it was always our favourite hotel. Staff were lovely

We had an amazing time at the hotel. Upon arrival, we were given an upgrade to a room with sea view which was amazing! I originally booked a standard room but the one with a sea view and huge balcony made our stay even more unforgettable. Patricia and all the staff members at reception and during breakfast (which had a great selection of freshly made food) were very kind and helpful. We left our luggage there too before and after check-in and out times which made our life much more comfortable. Exit to the beach is literally right next to the hotel that leads to a quieter area than the pier but still close to it.
