Visited to escape the Vegas high prices during EDC weekend ! Amazing stay as always, friendly staff remembered me from last visit. Rooms are extremely clean and comfy, Great TV with lots of channel, fridge & microwave. Perfect for quiet weekend, visit to Hoover Dam or nearby biking/hiking.

Clean and comfortable, the bathroom in particular was great. I think it's had a fairly recent refurbishment. Particular reasons for choosing this place was a coffee machine and microwave (so you can make tea also!). Short walk to downtown with a good selection of restaurants, bars, and for me two good brew pubs with fine beers. Air conditioning was fully functional.

Stayed here during my trip, and I was satisfied. The location is great for visiting Las Vegas and the Hoover Dam. There’s a lovely breakfast spot just a few minutes' walk away, and being able to park the car right in front of the room was super convenient. Nice, comfortable stay overall.
