Ok location on the way. Good beds. Bathroom was clean and functional. Room had all the normal furnishings one could expect at this price point, including mini fridge.

Our room was clean and comfortable and had a fridge, microwave, lots of room. The new owner was super friendly, and if you needed anything, she would try to accommodate it. Just ask. The view of Kelly's mountain was nice, and I enjoyed sitting on the Adirondack chairs to enjoy the view with a drink. Kelly's View is right on the highway and was easy to get everywhere, only 15 minutes from the ferry. Great sunsets! There is no ac but a fan more than did the trick. There is a restaurant next door that has excellent food but opens at noon and closes at 7 on the days they are open.
