Helen from reception was super nice, she upgraded our room and let us check out a little later than normal as courtesy because we did check in later than usual.We really appreciate it. The room was nice and clean. Enough parking spots and she waived the fee for the parking as courtesy as well.

Keith welcomed us with plenty of joy. The position of the hotel is good. The Green Line is a couple of minutes away and Downtown can be reached in 25 minutes. Staff is gentle and they offer a good breakfast.
