The apartment was on the top floor with the elevator and the view was amazing. The area is very peaceful, and for the first time (accidentally) we decided to go outside of the center and we enjoy in fresh air, green surrounds and quietness. Parking lot is always available with a security guard even at late night. The room is comfy and specious with 2 refrigerators inside, which was a big plus for us since we prepared our food. The apartment is warm and you can regulate the temperature. Although it is approximately 3.4 kilometers from Borovets, the area along the road is picturesque and you can park right next to the path at a price of 10 leva for 8 hours, and in the evening in Borovets, parking is mostly free, so you can go to dinner and come back easily and enjoy in fresh air.

All is perfect... perfect location...you have to go there. The ski slope is close to the apartment.
