Excellent location for ski hire and slopes. A short few minute walk from the main street's restaurants and facilities, so close enough, yet far enough away from the noise and hustle and bustle when you wanted to be. Perfect. Great hotel. Really nicely decorated in a quirky style. Modern bedroom and bathroom with everything we needed as a family of three. Good storage in the room for ski gear and a TV on the wall. Nice and warm and had large doors out onto a balcony, which had some seating. View was of the street but it it was nice, especially when snowing. The whole place was exceptionally clean. Staff constantly mopping floors, sweeping frontage and generally taking great care of the place. Decent breakfast each morning. Choice of English, Bulgarian, French, continental or American options in addition to coffee, juices, fruit and cereals. Set us up well for a day of skiing. Used the sauna, steam room and outside hot tub- which was fabulous! Very accommodating on our last day as we checked out at 12 but were collected at 3.30pm. No problem in leaving luggage while we went for lunch. We even charged our phones for an hour in reception before heading to the airport. Lovely lounge upstairs with comfy chairs for reading and games/activities if you have children and wanted some down time or a break from skiing. Didn't try the food as we wanted to try different places on the main strip each night but the menu looked good. Staff great in accommodating your needs. Handy ski hire/storage on site but we rented right on the slopes. I'd definitely stay here again.

The building looks nice and it’s nicer than most others that I’ve been to in Borovets. I didn’t use them but there were hot tubs and a sauna which my friends enjoyed using.
