For reservations 4-7 nights you will receive fresh towels in the middle of your stay.
For reservations 7-10 nights you will receive fresh towels two times and bed linen once.

Quite place, really close to everything you need in Borovets and both the gondola station and the lower lifts are 5' by foot.
