This hotel is very well located. The owner and his wife are super friendly and helpfull! We could use the kitchen to prepare breakfast and the restaurant nextdoors was our favorite in Bordzjomi!

We only spent one night here, but the room was clean, as were the bathroom and toilet. The price is very good and we also appreciated the very short distance to Borjomi Park.

Excellent cozy place, located in the heart of the resort, with friendly and helpful owners, very comfortable rooms. We stayed for 10 days feeling as being at home. Perhaps the best price/quality ratio for family hotels. Incredibly clean rooms with all necessary equipment. There is a shared kitchen as well. At least 4 café-restaurants with delicious cuisine in 5 min walk distance. Highly recommend both for short and long stay!
