The room was exceptional, it had everything you could ever need for the most perfect stay. The breakfast each day was delicious and the staff are second to none. We couldn't have wished for a better stay. If we could give it more stars we would!!!

Everything. The room was a good size, with great touches throughout and a good size shower with local toiletries. Coffee machine, refillable glass water bottles, local canelles to try, and postcards to send home. Breakfast starts with a form filled out on arrival and left in a basket outside your door. We chose to eat on the terrace and it was lovely. Ahmed assisted with restaurant options for evening meals and made the bookings for us. All were with in easy walk from Maison Fernand and were excellent choices. Kinga assisted with tram directions to Bassins des Lumières, and tips on the best tickets to buy. It was easier than we thought. We had an early check out and Ahmed arranged pastries and juice to take for our train journey and the taxi to the station. We had a very enjoyable stay in Bordeaux which was made even better with your help. Thank you
