As per our previous stay there a month earlier the staff were very helpful & the fact our pet dog was allowed in the bar / restaurant area for breakfast was a bonus.

The hotel was very good value for money. The staff were really lovely and helpful. There was good parking and the hotel is around the corner from a tram stop leading to the city. The room was well equipped.
